Greg Fernatt 

Parter- All Pro Property Management Services

Greg has over 30 years experience in the building, land development, and landscaping industry and worked as a partner in the creation and development of Oak Haven Resort, Sevier County’s signature vacation resort property. Working with property owners, builders, independent contractors, and dozens of vendors, Greg was the hands­ on member of the partnership and oversaw all the 158 lot community from it’s inception until selling his interest in the development to his two partners. Since then Greg has worked with multiple homeowner associations assisting them with many facets of property preservation including water line maintenance, common area improvement, and road maintenance. Greg is a highly respected member of the Sevierville community and a deacon at First Baptist Church of Sevierville.

Jeff Schoenfield

Partner– All Pro Property Management Services

Jeff had over 30 years of real estate experience before he retired in 2026. He is still a  proud resident of Sevierville. He helps with local ministries in Sevierville  as above all else he is a servant of the Lord. While you may not see Jeff in our office any longer, he is still a presence and important figure as partner of APPMS.

Ruth Brewer – Property Manager/Office Manager

Ruth has been working for All Pro since 2017. Ruth is our property manager and the lady in charge of the office. Her job duties include, but are not limited to: managing every property under our management services, managing the office as needed, and providing overall support to every member of our team! 

Sierra Brewer Couch-  Assistant Office Manager/ Assistant Property Manager/ HOA Manager/ Real Estate Assistant

Sierra arrived on the scene early 2020 after graduating from ETSU.  Sierra is a real estate assistant to our broker/ owner, Jeff Schoenfield. Her job duties include but are not limited to: managing real estate accounts, managing all forms of social media, preparing all paperwork for real estate transactions, and being a liaison for buyers, sellers, agents, loan officers, and title companies. She also does Property  management tasks. These tasks include doing inspections, taking photographs of properties, and various administrative duties.

Kelly Delaney- General Assistant/Owner Assistant/HOA Management/ Customer Solutions

Kelly began working for All Pro in March of 2024. Her role is to assist with storage units, reception, property management, tenants, payables, receivables, HOAs, and more. She is also the assistant to partner Greg Fernatt.

Allison Atkins- HOA Manager 

Allison began in August of 2025. She greets all who enter the office, answers phone calls, and manages the storage units. She is also cross trained to assist in HOAs. 

Trisha Cubbin- Receptionst/ Storage Management

Trisha began working for All Pro in early 2026. Her role is to manage the storage facilities, answer phone calls, assist and greet customers in the office, and also manage one of our HOAs. She brings a great customer service background to her position.
