Our Team

Greg Fernatt has operated Earth Artist, LLC, a very highly regarded landscape, lawn service, and remodeling company. Greg has over 30 years experience in the building, land development, and landscaping industry and worked as a partner in the creation and development of Oak Haven Resort, Sevier County’s signature vacation resort property. Working with property owners, builders, independent contractors, and dozens of vendors, Greg was the hands­ on member of the partnership and oversaw all the 158 lot community from it’s inception until selling his interest in the development to his two partners. Since then Greg has worked with multiple homeowner associations assisting them with many facets of property preservation including water line maintenance, common area improvement, and road maintenance. Greg is a highly respected member of the Sevierville community and a deacon at First Baptist Church of Sevierville.

Jeff Schoenfield has been a resident of East Tennessee since his parents moved to Chattanooga in 1963. Graduating from Brainerd High School in 1976, Jeff went on to earn his Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with high honors from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in only three years while simultaneously working nearly full time. After earning his degree, Jeff worked for 8 years in the computer industry and another 8 years in the financial services industry before settling in real estate in 1995 where he has worked ever since. Starting in Sevier County in 1995 with no contacts and no experience in real estate but feeling led to be there, Jeff quickly designed a website that would prove to be very beneficial to his real estate marketing efforts. Creating his own company only two years later, Jeff quickly became one of the top selling real estate agents (and agencies) in the area. Since then, Jeff has developed a reputation for excellent service and results but most importantly, has earned a reputation as a very honest and hard working real estate broker. With a background in the computer industry, the financial service industry, and the real estate industry, Jeff has a unique combination of skills and experience that complements Greg’s hands on experience and expertise.

Ruth Brewer – Property Manager/Office Manager


Ruth has been working for All Pro for roughly Ruth is our property manager and the lady in charge of the office. Her job duties include, but are not limited to: managing every property under our management services, managing the office as needed, and providing overall support to every member of our team! 


Sierra Brewer- Real Estate Assistant/ Assistant Office Manager


Sierra arrived on the scene early 2020 after graduating from ETSU.  Miss Sierra is a real estate assistant to our broker. Her job duties include but are not limited to: managing real estate accounts, managing all forms of social media, preparing all paperwork for real estate transactions, and being a liaison for buyers, sellers, agents, loan officers, and title companies. 


Wanda Brewer- HOA Management Services 


Wanda started working for All Pro in July of 2021. She is very experienced with finances. Her job duties include but are not limited to assisting the property manager and assistant property manager, looking over financial reports, invoicing, and being a liaison with HOA boards and owners.


Linda Catlett - Receptionist/Storage Unit Manager 


Linda has been with All Pro since November of 2022.  Linda keeps all the storage businesses running like a well-oiled machine and she is the sweet voice you hear greeting you when you call the office. 


Lisa Cacace - Assistant Property Manager 


Lisa has been with All Pro since late 2023. She arrived  with plenty of customer service experience. Her job duty is to assist the property manager This includes  assisting applicants  and taking phone calls. 


Kelly Delaney- General Assistant 


Kelly began working for All Pro in March of 2024. Her role is to assist with storage units, reception, property management, tenants, payables, receivables, HOAs, and more.
